How to cook Korean Spicy Noodles

Ingredient
1 liter chicken broth
200g cold meat
150g sausage
250g tofu, sliced
200g white enoki mushrooms
200g chicken thighs
100g shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup kimchi
2 packs of instant ramen
50g Korean rice cake
30g green onions
1-2 slices of cheese

Dipping sauce:

2 tablespoons Korean chili sauce (Gochugaru)
2 tablespoons rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon Korean chili sauce (gochujang)
Black pepper

Super hot Korean spicy noodles

 

  • Thinly sliced cold meat. Thinly sliced sausage. Needle mushrooms remove the root, separate the branches. Thinly sliced chicken thighs. Shiitake mushrooms remove the foot of the mushroom, cut into thin slices. Thinly sliced clean green onions.

Boil water. Boil water for cold meat, sausage, tofu, white enoki mushrooms, chicken thighs, shiitake mushrooms, kimchi and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then add ramen noodles, rice cakes, green onions and cheese and cook for about 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat.
